These terms govern your use of the FunkyMap website and services. By accessing or using our platform you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree to these terms please do not use our service.
USER ACCOUNTS
You must authenticate using a valid Google or Twitch account to interact with the map. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time if you violate these terms or our community Guidelines.
USER GENERATED CONTENT
FunkyMap allows you to post audio photos text and emojis to a geographic map. You retain ownership of any content you submit. By posting content you grant us a worldwide royalty free license to use display and distribute your content on our platform. You represent and warrant that you have the right to share the content you post and that it does not violate any third party copyrights or privacy rights.
PROHIBITED CONDUCT
You agree not to use FunkyMap for any unlawful purpose. You must not post content that is abusive threatening hateful pornographic or otherwise objectionable. We employ rate limits on uploads votes and reports to prevent spam. Attempting to bypass these limits or manipulate the platform will result in an immediate ban. Please review our Guidelines for detailed rules.
CONTENT MODERATION
We do not pre screen all user generated content. However we reserve the right to review hide or delete any content at our sole discretion without prior notice. If you see content that violates our terms please use the built in reporting tool.
DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
FunkyMap is provided on an as is and as available basis. We make no guarantees that the service will be uninterrupted secure or error free. We disclaim all warranties whether express or implied including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

CHANGES TO TERMS
We may modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes but your continued use of FunkyMap after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Austria. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Graz Austria.
